Since 2013 Carlalberto Guglielminotti is CEO and General Manager of Engie EPS (EPS:EN), leading its listing at the Paris stock exchange and raising over €130 million in equity and debt capital. He transformed Engie EPS from a technology start-up into a global leader in Energy Storage – with over 700MWh under development worldwide, and e-Mobility solutions – deploying 50,000 charging stations for electric vehicles across Europe, reaching in 2021 over €250 million market cap.
Carlalberto Guglielminotti has been recognized as a Young Global Leader 2020 by the World Economic Forum for his accomplishments in the industrial sector and commitment to the promotion of positive change through technology. He is member of the Board at Prima Industrie (PRI:IM), Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI), Leadersel Innotech ESG Scientific Committee (Ersel) and Ambassador of the Theodora Foundation.
He is Chairman of the Advisory Company of 360 Capital, venture capital firm with €400 million assets under management, and sponsor of the 360 Disruptech EU, the first European SPAC dedicated to European technologies raising €250 million at the Euronext stock exchange.
Carlalberto Guglielminotti also co-founded two successful technology startups: in 2009 Blackshape Aircraft and in 2011 Restopolis, now TheFork, the TripAdvisor company dedicated to online restaurant-reservations.
Previously, he spent four years at Linklaters specializing in structured finance, and investment banking at The Royal Bank of Scotland.
Carlalberto Guglielminotti holds an MBA (SDA Bocconi), specializations at Stanford University and Haifa University, an LL.B magna cum laude (Université Paris V), and a JD summa cum laude (University of Turin).
